Buffets

Our range of buffets offer you quality as well as choice, we have six finger buffet menus to choose from with prices starting from only £5 per head + VAT.
The ECCS fork buffet is ideal for relaxed social and business lunches.
All of our cocktail buffets are made with extra decoration to add glamour and expense to any party or open evening.

Platters

With ten different food platters to choose from having a party at home has never been so easy.
All of our platters are sealed and ready to use as soon as you are ready to start feeding your guests.
Our platters can also be added to our buffet menus to make a fantastic centrepiece.

Desserts

All our desserts are hand made by our pastry chef with the finest produce.
Our most popular desserts include cream fruit tarts - fruit chocolate cups - double chocolate gateaux - raspberry and custard cheesecake - fruit kebabs.
Another popular option is our sliced fresh fruit platter with yoghurt dips.
We can also create bespoke desserts to your exact requirements.

Breakfasts

We offer five different breakfast menus seven days a week.
Menu A is a light breakfast perfect if you require a early lunch
Menus B, C and D offer hot snacks ideal for the colder months
Menu E is a healthy but filling breakfast as shown in the photo >>>>>
Whatever your breakfast requirements are please give us a ring we deliver to the whole of the North East area.

Delivery
We deliver seven days a week to the whole North East region, all of our vans are refrigerated to ensure the food is kept at a safe temperature.

Mobile bars
We have a range of mobile bar services to suit your needs.
Our main bar is able to serve all the drinks you would expect to find in a city bar including four choices of draft, eight spirits, unlimited bottles and a range of mixers.
This bar requires a licence and cash till
Another option is our invoice bar with a set amount of alcohol provided for your guests to enjoy.
All of our bars are provided with uniformed staff that are fully trained and serve your guests quickly.

Celebration cakes
The North East premier wedding and novelty cake design team can create designer cakes to your specification using delicious chocolate, sponge or fruitcake filling.

Event catering is our fastest growing service, we can provide a four course meal at a venue near you with prices starting from only £20.00 + VAT.

We have our own mobile kitchen equipment so you don't get charged for equipment hire; we have all our own crockery, cutlery, table cloths and napkins to provide the complete service.

All of our staff are service trained and dressed in a navy/white uniform.
