Buffets

Our variety of buffets present you with high quality and choice, we now have six finger buffet menus to decide on with prices starting from merely £5.50 per head + VAT.
The ECCS fork buffet is perfect for relaxed social and corporate lunches.
All our cocktail buffets are prepared with further decoration to add glamour and expense to every social gathering or open evening.

Platters

With ten totally different food platters to consider organizing a get-together in your house has never been this easy.
Every one of our platters are packed and ready to use whenever you are ready to begin serving your friends and relatives.
Our platters may well also be combined with our buffet menus to make a fabulous centrepiece.

Desserts

All our desserts are hand made by our pastry chef with the finest produce.
Our most popular desserts include cream fruit tarts - fruit chocolate cups - double chocolate gateaux - raspberry and custard cheesecake - fruit kebabs.
Another popular option is our sliced fresh fruit platter with yoghurt dips.
We can also create bespoke desserts to your exact requirements.

Breakfasts

Breakfast catering is a favorite option for early morning conferences or perhaps training courses, we can easily deliver hot or cold breakfast menus based on your preferences.
Hot breakfast choices contain bacon rolls, sausage sandwiches and veggie baps, we also provide three breakfast platters including Danish pastries, yoghurts and fresh fruit.

North east Delivery
We deliver seven days a week to the whole North East region, all of our vans are refrigerated to ensure the food is kept at a safe temperature.

North east Mobile bars
We have a range of mobile bar services to suit your needs.
Our main bar is able to serve all the drinks you would expect to find in a city bar including four choices of draft, eight spirits, unlimited bottles and a range of mixers.
This bar requires a licence and cash till
Another option is our invoice bar with a set amount of alcohol provided for your guests to enjoy.
All of our bars are provided with uniformed staff that are fully trained and serve your guests quickly.

Celebration cakes
The North East premier wedding and novelty cake design team can create designer cakes to your specification using delicious chocolate, sponge or fruitcake filling.

Event catering is our most rapid expanding service, we can easily supply a variety of indoor and outdoor catering possibilities.

We now have our very own mobile kitchen appliances which means you don't get charged for equipment hire; we now have all of our very own crockery, cutlery, table cloths and napkins to provide you with the comprehensive service.

Each one of our team are service skilled and dressed in a navy/white uniform.
